THE GRIMES COMPANIES EXPANDS MANAGEMENT TEAM AND SERVICE OFFERINGS
Jacksonville, FL (May 25, 2006) - The Grimes Companies (TGC) is pleased to announce that Paul D. Dupre has joined the company as Director of Business Development and senior executive in the recently formed subsidiary, Grimes Transportation Brokerage, Inc.
Dupre’s primary responsibility is the development of the brokerage subsidiary. He will focus on staffing, training, and the development
of relationships with both shippers and carriers. Additional responsibilities will include the development of new business relationships for other TGC subsidiaries through a focus on supply chain optimization and the complete offering of warehousing, packaging, and transportation services. This move puts TGC in the position to offer comprehensive supply chain solutions to their clients.

Dupre began his logistics career with Cargill Americas Inc, in 1991 and is joining TGC following seven years with C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. as International Account Manager for the Miami International office. Dupre is a native of New Orleans, is fluent in both Spanish and French, and is a graduate of Louisiana State University with degrees in Business Management and International Trade and Finance.
