Expands Information Management Capabilities

Jacksonville, FL (July 3, 2006) – The Grimes Companies (TGC) announced today that it has chosen Core e-business Solutions Inc. as its new warehouse management system and Prophesy Software as its new transportation management system. This move is a critical step in its strategic plan to expand the provision of supply chain services as a “one-stop shop” for its clients. The software changes will bring greater systems capabilities and efficiencies to the operation.

In addition to robust management capabilities the implementation is also expected to greatly expand the information management services that the company offers its clients. The implementation is expected to take between sixty and ninety days followed by thirty days of testing. Clients can expect increased access to online reports, order entry, inventory visibility, event notification, and real time information updates.
